Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader in Harrison, OH. This on-site role leads a grounds crew to maintain properties, oversee routine lawn care, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, weed control, debris cleanup, leaf removal, and seasonal snow and salt maintenance. Employment is permanent and full-time with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors and outdoor work.
• Background in horticulture or landscaping is preferred.
• Knowledge of turf, weed, tree and shrub ID is preferred.
• Must be able to complete Davey landscape development books on hire.
• Must be able to complete Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving courses on hire.
