SolutionHealth in Manchester, NH is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain hospital campus landscapes and outdoor spaces. You will perform lawn care, snow removal, plant care, and small repairs to outdoor furniture, while keeping safety as the top priority.

Job Description:

Who We Are:

Healthcare facilities management, Maintenance, and Grounds keeping has the same purpose asany other maintenance department: to ensure optimal asset reliability and performance. We do this at The Elliot by proactively maintaining assets and infrastructures while also maintaining a respectable upkeep of the property.

About the Job:

Maintains and cares for hospital grounds in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Grounds Coordinator. Perform a variety of landscaping, maintenance and snow removal duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Cuts and maintains lawns and grass.

• Rakes and maintains leaves, and cares for plants, flowers, trees and shrubs.

• Performs snow removal activities such as shoveling in accordance with guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

Abilities:

• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.

• Ability to occasionally operate small powered landscape tools and equipment (lawn mower, weedwhackers, etc.) safely.

• Ability to work effectively as a team member.

• Ability to work outside in the elements.

• Ability to exhibit flexibility.
