Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Tampa is seeking a grounds maintenance team member to support Busch Gardens' park grounds by mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, planting, pruning, and container upkeep. You will also maintain cleanliness, records, and safety while serving guests and ambassadors; shift runs 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM in Florida's warm climate.

Must be 18+, possess a driver's license, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic plant or landscape knowledge.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a park driver’s license preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic operational knowledge of both power and hand tools.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions.
• Scheduling flexibility — able to work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to complete all legal, company and department training requirements.
