Responsibilities

• Interact with guests accordingly.
• Perform daily grounds tasks at verandas, pool, tennis courts, boathouse, bonfire circle, kitchen, and service center.
• Manicure lawn areas, landscape plants, and mulched areas under supervision.
• Fertilize lawn areas and landscape plants under supervision.
• Water plant material as necessary.
• Remove debris from paved surfaces.
• Leaf and snow removal.
• Perform manual and chemical weed control.
• Maintain and construct hiking trails.
• Maintain all equipment.
• Operate a tractor and implements under supervision.
• Winter road maintenance.
• Driving 26 ft box trucks.
• Using ladders.
• Pulling trailers.
• Event setup.
• Maintain pool cleanliness and chemicals.
