Job summary

Kenrick Corporation is seeking a Grounds/Landscaping professional to care for Eastbrooke Condos. The role requires mowing lawns, trimming shrubs and trees, planting replacements, and maintaining grounds in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle leaves, weeds, planting, and debris removal while keeping equipment maintained and ready for daily use. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with hand and power tools and capable of basic electrical and plumbing tasks as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with lawn care and basic grounds maintenance.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns, raking and disposal of grass clippings.
• String trimming.
• Shrub and tree trimming.
• Raking and disposal of leaves.
• Weeding.
• Planting of grass seed, flowers, shrubs and trees.
• Grounds pickup and debris removal.
• Removal of dead shrubs and trees.
• Snow and ice removal, snow blowing and shoveling, salt and ice chopping.
• Service of equipment including oil changes, blade sharpening, and routine maintenance.
• Periodic maintenance checks as needed.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus.
