Job summary

Kenrick Corporation is seeking a Grounds/Landscaping team member to support Eastbrooke Condos in the Town of Brighton, NY. The role requires hands-on landscaping, property maintenance, and reliable operation of basic lawn care equipment.

The candidate should be motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of performing seasonal tasks including snow and ice removal as needed. Prior experience with plantings and shrub/tree care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting and weeding.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools used in landscaping.
• Willingness to perform seasonal tasks including snow/ice removal.

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns, raking and disposal of grass clippings.

• Raking and disposal of leaves.
