Job summary

TRDI is hiring a full-time Grounds Maintenance Worker for the Corpus Christi Naval Air Station site. The role requires experience with groundskeeping and landscaping equipment, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with groundskeeping and landscaping equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds of industrial, commercial or public property such as buildings, parks, playgrounds, and athletic fields.
• Repair structures and equipment including mowing, edging, hedge trimming and flowerbed maintenance.
• Assist with fertilizing or applying herbicides to lawn, shrubs, and trees.
• Plant grass, flowers, and shrubs; water lawn and shrubs during dry periods; dispose of leaves and litter; repair and paint fences, gates, and outbuildings.
• Assist in road, walk, building repairs and cleaning of facilities and parking areas.
