Position: Maintenance – Property (Apartment Turnover) $20+/hr. (flexible schedule) TEMP to FT/PERM

Location: Grand Forks, N.D.

General Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service employment agency, is partnering with a local Grand Forks business to fill an Apartment Turnover position. We are currently seeking applicants to fill a position in Maintenance. The local residential rental business is looking for a qualified person to perform general maintenance on inhabited and uninhabited, single and multi-family dwellings. No certifications are required but knowledge of maintenance skills and a basic set of tools are a must. Duties could range from outlet replacement to total space rehab. The applicant needs to be organized and proficient with time, and professionalism is a must.

Duties:

• Vacant Turnover
• Fix or replace any light switch, outlet covers, light bulbs, and blinds
• Remove trash
• Replace appliances
• More duties assigned on the job

Requirements:

• GED or High school diploma
• Strong maintenance skills
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid Driver’s License
