Job summary

Emerge Living, a property management company operating communities across Texas, Georgia, and Florida, seeks a Grounds and Housekeeping Attendant for Estates at Cypress in Cypress, TX. This hybrid role blends outdoor maintenance with interior cleaning to keep our community pristine and welcoming.

You will work with the service manager and property staff to perform grounds care, housekeeping, unit turns, and resident-facing service, ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Bi-lingual and valid driver's license preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, exterior and common areas.
• Perform routine groundskeeping and basic housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with make-ready and light maintenance duties.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and coordinate with team.
