Job summary

Seven Acres in Houston is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Porter to maintain the building’s appearance both inside and out. You will remove trash and debris from exterior grounds and common areas, and assist with routine property inspections.

Strong customer service experience helps in addressing resident needs and coordinating with staff. Ideal candidates have porter/groundskeeper experience, comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs, and good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a porter/groundskeeper role.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to handle problem-solving tasks.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building appearance both internally and externally.
• Remove all trash and debris from exterior grounds, streets, stairwells, chutes, and more.
• Perform property inspections and communicate any noted deficiencies outside your assigned scope.
