• Set landscaping and field maintenance plans aligned with the school calendar.
• Supervise the grounds team and coordinate with contractors for preseason and sports season prep.
• Maintain irrigation systems and stormwater basins records.
• Oversee tree, planting beds, and grounds equipment maintenance and inventory.
• Ensure safe operation of all grounds equipment and respond to snow removal needs.
