Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Eastview community in Gillette, Wyoming. The role covers general grounds maintenance, basic home repairs, and 40 hours per week, with on-call duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic trades knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Promote goodwill by courteous interactions with residents and staff.
• Maintain community grounds, lawns and seasonal landscaping.
• Perform snow removal and winter maintenance as needed.
• Maintain all maintenance and grounds equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to safety laws and report deficiencies promptly.
