Job summary

Treasure Island Resort in Welch, MN is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Worker to keep the grounds, facilities and equipment in good working order. The role involves lawn care, snow removal, equipment operation, and supporting event set-ups.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, at least 18 months of heavy equipment experience, and the ability to work in all weather. CDL is preferred. This position requires safety-minded, detail-oriented team players who can manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• 18 months of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Proven knowledge and ability to operate skid steer loaders, dump trucks, snow blowers, backhoes and front-end loaders.
• CDL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, including mowing, fertilizing, watering, planting, pruning and debris removal.
• Cut trees and perform demolition as needed.
• Set up and take down for concerts and events.
• Operate loaders, trucks, mowers, blowers, hoes, and similar equipment.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles.
• Provide safe and efficient grounds maintenance in all weather.
