Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of groundskeeping, a High School Diploma or GED, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather; you will maintain rental units, pool areas, and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of groundskeeping experience.
• Customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate in English with residents and staff.
• Proficient with hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be within commuting distance of the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility grounds and ensure cleanliness to company standards.
• Report maintenance and grounds concerns to management.
• Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges; perform landscaping as directed.
• Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks, and pool area including painting and power washing.
• Collect yard waste, trash, clean facilities, and empty common area containers.
• Maintain swimming pool and pool area.
• Dispense propane as needed.
• Maintain company-owned rental units (cleaning and repairs).
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
