Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains general upkeep of grounds by mowing lawn using riding lawn mowers
• Trims and edges sidewalks, prunes and trims trees
• Rakes leaves and keeps grounds free of debris and trash
• Performs janitorial duties in maintaining buildings and adjacent areas
• Performs general maintenance duties
• Performs other duties as assigned
