Sodexo is seeking a Grounds Supervisor at Troy University to manage daily grounds operations on client premises during Weekdays Only shifts. You will oversee a team, coordinate maintenance tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site teams; coordinate activities of workers and service staff at facilities.
• Coordinate and support 3–10 employees per shift as directed.
• Attend shifts on time with regular attendance.
• Assume other duties as required by client and business needs.
