Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Senior Food Supervisor in Troy, AL. You will oversee on-site food operations, coordinating routine tasks across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and service quality while supporting management in daily functions. The position requires at least 2 years in related work with supervisory experience; afternoon/evening shifts with rotating weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience, supervisory preferred.
• Experience supervising foodservice staff is preferred.
• Able to work afternoons/evenings and rotating weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business needs.
