Job summary

Global Connections to Employment, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to perform ground and lawn maintenance tasks under the direction of the Project Manager. The role may include indoor custodial support as needed and duties across multiple locations.

Candidates should have at least one year of related experience, the ability to understand instructions, and strong customer-friendly interaction with staff and clients. Willingness to learn all job aspects is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related experience
• Ability to understand oral and/or written instructions
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and staff members
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s)
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate

Responsibilities

• The Groundskeeper is responsible for safely performing ground and lawn maintenance duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Assistance for custodial duties indoors, as needed, and/or assigned by the Project Manager.
