About Us:
Lake Sherwood Estates Association serves 500 households and 800 lot owners in Warren County, Missouri. Our members enjoy the use of many amenities, including our beautiful lakes, parks, community center, Lakeside Grill, campgrounds, and pool. We are now hiring for a full time Public Works laborer. Public Works is responsible for maintaining our lakes, community docks, 52 lane miles of roads and parking lots (including snow/ice removal), buildings, parks, beach, and other common areas. The department also completes several projects of various scope throughout the year.
