Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in irrigation systems, carpentry and plumbing.
• Ability to perform maintenance mechanic duties with minimal supervision.
• A valid state Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds, buildings and related utilities.
• Install, operate, maintain and repair exterior civil/building systems.
• Perform site irrigation duties including pumps, valves, sprinklers and piping.
• Snow removal duties as needed, operating snow blowers, plows and shovels.
