MDI Management is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of property grounds and common areas in Albany/Lebanon. The role requires independent work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

The position offers a supportive team, opportunities for growth, and a meaningful role within a dedicated team tackled across daily duties including exterior cleaning, trash removal, and unit turnover preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property each morning to remove litter, debris, and trash from grounds and common spaces.
• Clean and maintain pet areas, waste stations, and restock bags.
• Clean dumpsters and exterior areas; keep breezeways, sidewalks, and shared facilities tidy.
• Assist with landscaping tasks and moving or disposing of bulky items as needed.
• Prepare vacant units for turnover and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
