Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms.
• Maintain outdoor areas including sidewalks, courtyards, parking areas, and landscaped spaces.
• Assist maintenance staff with minor repairs and work order support.
• Transport supplies, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Notify management or maintenance team of safety hazards or damages.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and unit clean-out as needed.
