Job summary

Millcroft Apartments in Milford, OH seeks a reliable Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property’s common areas and outdoor spaces. You will assist the maintenance team with routine tasks and respond to safety concerns with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, removing debris, and maintaining sidewalks, parking areas, and landscaped spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor/manual tasks.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, halls, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms.
• Maintain outdoor areas including sidewalks, courtyards, parking areas, and landscaped spaces.
• Assist maintenance staff with minor repairs and move-in/move-out cleaning.
• Remove snow, ice, leaves, and hazards from pathways as required.
• Provide courteous service to residents and staff.
