Job summary

Gervasi Vineyard in Canton, Ohio, is seeking a motivated Grounds Crew member for a part-time role. You’ll maintain lawns, trim edges, prune shrubs, mulch flower beds, and assist with setup and teardown for events at our premier winery resort and restaurant.

Pay ranges from $13.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K with match, paid holidays, PTO, and opportunities for training and wage growth.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include grounds maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing walkways and grassy areas.
• Pruning shrubs, planting flowers and mulching beds.
• Operating heavy equipment during snow events.
• Using hand tools, shovels, rakes and power equipment.
• Performing site clean and maintaining a tidy work area.
• Setup and tear down of all special events.
• All other duties assigned.
