Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of landscaping or grounds experience.
• Valid driver's license if operating community vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Non-standard schedule and on-call may be required.
• May be required to attend a horticulture program.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of lawns, trees, gardens and shrubbery.
• Upkeep of exterior areas including trash, weeding, and dog runs.
• Installation and maintenance of exterior signs.
• Assist residents with gardening.
• Assist in snow removal.
• Maintain related equipment.
• Identify horticultural problems and provide treatment recommendations.
