Wasatch Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain the exterior and interior spaces of our apartment communities, ensuring curb appeal and resident pride. You will perform custodial and maintenance tasks, use hand tools and power equipment, and contribute to a welcoming, well-kept living environment.

The role requires a detail-oriented, motivated customer-service professional with strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.
• Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
