Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a hands-on maintenance team member to enhance and beautify the community, respond to service needs, and help keep grounds and amenities in prime condition.

You’ll work with a friendly team, build rapport with residents, follow detailed instructions, and maintain scheduling flexibility including weekends. This hourly role offers pay with quarterly bonus potential and health, dental, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• General interest in custodial or maintenance work and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers
• Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call
