Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and interior areas of our Draper, UT communities.

You’ll beautify landscapes, operate basic tools, and help ensure a welcoming environment for residents. This full-time role offers hourly pay between $15.00 and $17.25 with quarterly bonus potential, plus benefits such as health and dental insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, apartment rent discounts, and recognition for a job well done.

Qualifications

• General interest in custodial/maintenance and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping.
• Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
