The Budd Group is seeking a Grounds Crew Member to support campus upkeep at Salisbury, NC. This full-time role involves groundskeeping, lawn care, and basic equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping & lawn care: maintain campus appearance by removing debris, mowing, edging, and power washing.
• Equipment operation: safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and vehicles.
• Seasonal maintenance: leaf removal, gutter cleaning, snow clearing to ensure year-round work.
• Moving & setup: assist with dorm flips, deliveries, and replacing furniture across campus.

• Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Seasonal Maintenance: Handle leaf removal, gutter cleaning, and snow clearing so you have steady work year-round.
• Moving & Setup: Assist with dorm flips, furniture delivery, and replacing broken furniture across campus.

• Ability to physical handle up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift.
