Qualifications

• Three years of related experience with supervisory experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to direct and manage the work of others.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and works with crew to ensure areas and tasks are completed on schedule.
• Ensures safety and proper horticultural practices are followed.
• Trains new and inexperienced crew members including students.
• Completes required paperwork like labor reports and daily completion reports.
• Maintains grounds vehicles and equipment; reports issues promptly.
• Participates in inclement weather duties such as ice and snow removal.
