Job summary

University Partners is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and common areas of university-affiliated communities. The role involves cleaning, debris removal, and assisting with minor repairs under the Maintenance Supervisor’s guidance.

You will participate in daily and monthly tasks, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support residents and contractors with service requests. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in various weather conditions are required.

Qualifications

• High school level education or equivalent with basic maintenance exposure.
• Experience with grounds maintenance and small engine repairs.
• Ability to work weekends and tolerate weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and monitor trash receptacles and amenity areas.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Deliver resident communications and packages as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on work orders and schedules.
