Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a groundperson to gather brush and debris and feed it into a wood chipper, while scanning areas for hazards and keeping others out of the path of travel. You will also maintain equipment and materials.

Responsibilities include operating a chainsaw to cut brush, drag and feed debris into the chipper, and service vehicles and gear to keep them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Previous experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into wood chipper.
• Services vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
