You will assist the Foreman and crew in building, repairing and maintaining essential infrastructure, following safety protocols and dedicating yourself to teamwork. Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required; ability to obtain CDL within 60 days.
• Willingness to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman and crew in building, repairing, and maintaining underground distribution systems.
• Help install and repair underground facilities, conductors, and related hardware.
• Maintain excavation equipment (backhoes, trenchers, excavators, pulling equipment).
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions; comply with safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Participate in outages, storms, emergencies; on-call rotation.
