Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a reliable Laborer to support our construction and infrastructure projects. This role emphasizes physical work, safety, and teamwork to help crews complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include digging, material handling, site preparation, tool maintenance, and assisting skilled trades while following safety protocols. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing demanding tasks.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with safety commitment.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespersons with tools, materials, and support.
• Load and unload trucks and vehicles with materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing tools.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate small hand and power tools as instructed and trained.
• Assist with setup and teardown of job sites and temporary structures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or foremen.
