Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a UxS/C-UxS Ground Training Specialist to support a large government client in Alexandria, VA. You will train military and government personnel on unmanned systems in the ground domain, focusing on operations, maintenance, and tactical integration.

The role requires Senior-level MDMP experience, top-secret clearance, and strong instruction skills for diverse audiences, with travel to deployment environments as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret SCI clearance required.
• Advanced degrees with years of experience per level (MA/MS 10+ yrs; BA/BS 15+; AA/AS 17+; HS/GED 19+).
• Proven MDMP experience at senior level in planning conferences and briefings.
• Experience instructing diverse military audiences in training environments.
• Excellent briefing skills for senior leaders during planning/execution.
• Pre-deployment training and field exercise experience.
• Ground Operations domain knowledge (Dismounted/Mobile).
• Proficiency with UxS/C-UxS technologies and adversarial TTPs.
• Ability to integrate new tech and threats into training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and computer-based training on unmanned systems.
• Train personnel on system operations, maintenance, and ground-based tactics.
• Support new equipment fielding and training events.
• Evaluate student performance and adjust training accordingly.
• Simulate real-world threats to train teams on adversary UxS tactics.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and course content.
• Identify risks related to unmanned systems in the ground domain.
• Operate UxS platforms during training exercises.
• Provide guidance on integrating UxS into mission planning.
• Travel to multiple locations to support training programs.
