Qualifications

• Meaningful hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack web apps at scale.
• Strong fundamentals in API design, database modeling, and system design.
• Able to work independently on ambiguous problems with minimal specs.
• Experience at a high-growth startup, scale-up, or major tech company shipping customer-facing features.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features end-to-end from database schema and API design through to a polished frontend.
• Own significant pieces of the product roadmap, translating fuzzy product requirements into a technical plan.
• Ship production-grade code directly to customers on a regular cadence.
• Partner with product and design to stay focused on building rather than managing stakeholders.
• Work across the stack and contribute to a small, senior engineering team with complementary strengths.
• Grow over time into a technical leadership role, mentoring engineers and shaping architecture as the team scales.
