Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Manager to lead a ground-up institutional project for a Florida commercial general contractor. You will own the project from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating schedule, budget, contracts, and procurement while maintaining close client communication and strong safety practices.

This role requires proven PM experience with a commercial GC, a track record on education or institutional projects preferred, and the ability to work in the local Florida

Qualifications

• Proven ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Project Manager experience with a commercial GC.
• Education or institutional projects strongly preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Able to work on projects within the local market.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $7M-$8M ground-up commercial project.
• Oversee schedule, budget, contracts, and procurement.
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, and ownership.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client communication.
• Manage project delivery through turnover and closeout.
