You will own the project from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating schedule, budget, contracts, and procurement while maintaining close client communication and strong safety practices.

A growing Florida commercial GC with 10+ years of experience across general contracting, construction management, and design-build. The business emphasizes personalized client service, detailed planning, open communication, quality craftsmanship, and rigorous jobsite safety.

Job Offer

• 3 weeks PTO, 11 holidays, and company bonus program
• $100K-$120K base salary
• 50% healthcare contribution, supplemental insurance, 401(k) match up to 3%
