The role requires at least 10 years of experience in construction, focusing on residential and commercial projects, along with strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Minimum ten years' experience in construction, focusing on multi‑family residential and/or commercial projects.
• Must obtain OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification upon employment.
• Strong knowledge of all construction facets, including earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to supervise, teach, and motivate staff while maintaining excellent safety habits.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all field operations for large‑scale construction projects.
• Oversee subcontractors, material deliveries, and labor schedules.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards and conduct daily safety checklists.
• Lead on‑site teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Conduct detailed field reports and manage project punch‑lists.
