Job summary

All Weather Contractors seeks an experienced Multi-Family Project Manager to lead ground-up projects and community structures. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and field crews to ensure profitability and client satisfaction on a national-scale program.

The role requires 10+ years in multi-family/new construction, strong leadership, and travel up to 100%. An OSHA 30, QC certification, and a valid license are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in multi-family, commercial, or design-build projects.
• Proven track record of managing ground-up construction, subcontractors, suppliers, and self-performing crews.
• Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
• Active OSHA 30 certification or higher.
• QC training/certification.
• Ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up multi-family projects and community structures.
• Direct schedules, budgets, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to hit milestones.
• Review drawings and scope documents for constructability and cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee change management, scope adjustments, and budget tracking using project software.
• Enforce strict safety standards and OSHA requirements across all active sites.
• Lead client meetings and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform site visits and travel up to 100% to manage multi-site operations.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus the opportunity for prevailing wage jobs as well as ESOP.

The Opportunity

You will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up multi-family new construction projects and community structures. Working with authority delegated by the Senior Project Manager, this role empowers you to manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and field crews to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. You will thrive as the primary project leader supported by an established firm dedicated to your long-term success.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Manage all phases of ground-up multi-family new construction from preconstruction through final handover.
• Direct schedules, project budgets, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve established milestones.
• Review construction drawings and scope documents to identify constructability challenges and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee change management processes, scope adjustments, and budget tracking using BuilderTrend and Sage Accounting software.
• Enforce strict compliance with job site safety standards and OSHA requirements across all active sites.
• Lead regular client meetings and maintain active communication to ensure high satisfaction and resolve site conflicts.
• Perform site visits and travel up to 100% to manage multi-site project operations effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience in multi-family new construction, commercial projects, or design-build projects.
• Proven track record of managing ground-up construction projects, subcontractors, suppliers, and self-performing crews.
• Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
• Active OSHA 30 certification or higher.
• Quality Control (QC) training and certification.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job site locations simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in project management software including BuilderTrend, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Sage 300, and Field Materials.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
