Qualifications

• Deep project management experience leading complex, multi-phase structural developments safely and within budget.
• Proven track record managing ground-up and wood frame multi-family structural projects.
• Knowledge of construction documents, architectural blueprints, local building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Procore or similar software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level client collaboration and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate project teams to ensure peak operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and actively manage master project schedules to drive profitability and timely execution.
• Solicit, negotiate, and execute contracts with key subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manage overall project costs by reviewing change orders and preparing monthly cost-to-complete projections.
• Foster and maintain deep client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and protect future business.
• Provide ongoing leadership, performance support, and mentorship to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Absolute willingness to travel up to 50% to various regional project sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of related construction project management experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related engineering field.
• Valid OSHA 30 certification
• High level of proficiency utilizing Procore software for schedule tracking, cost-coding, and team documentation.
• Demonstrated history of supervising staff and contributing to community engagement or recruitment initiatives.
