Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as a Project Superintendent overseeing ground up, new construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general construction operations of projects valued at $30M to $100M+.
• Interface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officials.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage the work to ensure it conforms to contract documents.
• Delegate tasks to field staff.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day field issues.
• Complete job and progress reports and other documentation.
