Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up construction programs in Phoenix, overseeing projects from preconstruction to completion. The role focuses on managing $20M+ ground-up ventures across data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education and healthcare sectors.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong budgeting, scheduling, leadership, and subcontractor coordination, with excellent client communication to maintain enduring relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+.
• Experience in data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• 1+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
