Job summary
General Dynamics IT is seeking an Intermediate-Level Tier 2 (T2) Ground Terminal (GT) / IT Technician in the United States. The role provides sustainment and technical support to maintain GT systems' availability, reliability, and performance, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration control.
The position requires 4+ years of related experience, Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance, and US citizenship.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of related experience.
- US Citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide sustainment and technical support for GT systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain GT control MUE hardware and GT antenna performance.
- Develop and implement an O&S plan for GT antenna and MUE hardware.
- Coordinate with Tier 3/4 for complex issues and escalation.
- Assist in installation, integration, and testing of new antennas and upgrades.
