Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, IA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and general repair tasks across campus facilities.
Under supervision, you will inspect systems, carry out routine repairs, assist with HVAC maintenance, locksmith duties, snow removal, and respond to emergencies. A high school diploma and three years of related experience are preferred.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of general maintenance duties which include electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and construction in the maintenance and repair of college facilities and equipment.
(A comparable amount of training, education or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.)
