Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Systems Engineer to interface with internal programs and external customers, delivering model-based artifacts and ensuring compliance with government requirements. The role focuses on integrating platforms, autonomy, and simulation through MBSE artifacts, and contributes to digital engineering strategy.

You will work across defense domains, maintaining critical interfaces and advancing mission systems integration while operating under security clearance

Qualifications

• BS in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or similar engineering/technical field.
• 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle.
• Experience with requirements analysis and system design in a government context.
• Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP or similar.
• Experience developing model-based system engineering artifacts (OWV/ SVV, diagrams, BDDs, IBDs).
• Experience with Cameo MagicDraw or similar systems engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders including internal programs and external customers.
• Develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs; ensure artifacts are complete and accurate.
• Act as critical interface between Anduril and government customers for Systems Engineering capabilities.
• Participate in Digital Engineering strategy and implementation.
• Develop understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products through artifacts.
