Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 0 years experience with option to substitute 4 years relevant experience
• Educational background or experience in antenna operations, RF systems, or related fields
• Experience with Linux systems, including scripting or troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven communication skills
• Familiarity or willingness to learn operational workflows and maintenance processes
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required at time of application
• STEM degree preferred
• Experience as a Service Desk/Operator beneficial
• Exposure to satellite/RF monitoring systems advantageous
• Passport possession beneficial for travel

Responsibilities

• Monitor ground-station system health and performance.
• Coordinate daily rhythms and on-site operations.

• Support antenna operations and RF engineering efforts during missions.
