Job summary
TrustPoint in Virginia is seeking a Full-Time Ground Infrastructure Lead to drive the LEONS ground station network and scale the new PNT service. You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements to vendor management, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and help shape the ground roadmap as TrustPoint grows. Qualifications
B.S. in Electrical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering (M.S. preferred).
5–10+ years in ground systems for space or telecom networks.
Experience deploying end-to-end capabilities from requirements to operations.
Laboratory and field troubleshooting across power, IP, timing, RF, and monitoring.
Strong systems thinking and excellent communication.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end LEONS ground infrastructure development and deployment.
Define architecture, coverage, capacity, and redundancy plans.
Coordinate vendor selection, management, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate LEONS.
Establish SOPs, commissioning checklists, and incident processes.
Track service performance and reliability metrics.
