BRPH is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Executive to manage global Ground Station infrastructure projects, focusing on planning, pre-construction, and construction phases. You will lead business development, pursue opportunities, and direct teams to deliver complex programs while upholding HSE and Quality controls.

The role requires 15–20+ years in construction, design-build experience, and strong client relationships with owners and trade partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 15+ years of construction experience.
• Design-Build experience required; DBIA and LEED Accreditation a plus.
• Experience in the aerospace market preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead construction and design/build proposals including planning, estimating, scheduling, subcontracting, detailing technical and management approach, past performance, and HSE and Quality compliance.
• Lead the negotiation of Owner, design partner, consultant, and trade partner agreements and contracts.
• Lead and manage large, complex projects and oversee multiple projects through all phases of design, pre-construction and construction.
• Provide senior-level leadership to Construction Project Managers for planning, budgets, contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Lead efforts to staff project requirements and ensure required training for job duties.
