Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Project Executive for Ground Station Construction to lead administrative and technical management of global Ground Station projects, spanning $5M to $50M+ and including design/build and HSE/Quality oversight. This role drives business development, pursuit, and preconstruction, while mentoring Construction Project Managers across multiple complex sites.

The position requires leading public- and private-sector client engagements, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery,

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentorship of project teams with a senior-level governance
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with owners and subcontractors
• Experience in design-build and HSE/Quality compliance in complex projects
• Extensive knowledge of the construction industry and industry standards (DBIA/LEED a plus)
• Ability to lead multiple at-risk projects and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and design/build proposals with planning, estimating, scheduling, subcontracting, and HSE/Quality compliance.
• Negotiate owner, design partner, consultant, and trade partner contracts.
• Direct large, complex projects and oversee multiple projects through all phases from design to construction.
• Provide senior-level leadership to project managers for budgets, contracts, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Staff project requirements and ensure necessary training for successful accomplishment of duties.
